Unused airport opens

The unused “ghost airport” Castellón is now finally ready to receive its first scheduled flight. It took four and a half years from the airport was completed.

On tuesday, September 15 th, the first airplane will land and Ryanair is the first commercial airline to start with regularflights. They start with two flights from England connecting London and Bristol with Aeropuerto de Castellón Costa Azahar. According to the newspaper El País, the first flights are almost fully booked.
