El Castillo Sohail, the castle in Fuengirola, is the venue for the thirteenth edition of the very popular medieval market.
There will be leather craftsmen, potters, stonemasons, etc. working on the market, besides activities like archery, pony rides, storytellers, jugglers and other performances. As usual there will be plenty of food and beverages of all varieties.
The doors are open from 7 p.m.to 2 a.m. and the entry is free. Last year there were more than 90,000 visitors during the event. There are many medieval markets around Spain, but there are few that have such a great frame as the one in El Castillo Sohail.
The pictures below are from last year’s event.
