The supermarket chain Carrefour is recruiting 5,800 people before Christmas. The jobs are spread throughout the entire Spain, but in Andalusia 1,300 people will be hired.
The positions are limited in time for the Christmas shopping, until january 5th. According to the company, the candidates must be market oriented, have a sense of customer service and the ability to work in a team.
But the company also has a goal of converting all time limited contracts to fixed term contracts. In 2015 they had a goal to convert 3,000 contracts. Until September 2.128 contracts were converted into permanent contracts. This year they will reach the goal of 85% of permanent employment contracts.
