Our core business is real estate sales along the Costa Blanca.
We are currently looking for a new colleague for our offices in Torrevieja to strengthen our market position.
• Extending our real estate portfolio
• Market research, acquiring market knowledge
• Build and maintain customer relations
• Sales: viewings, negociations, …
• Administration of your customer files
• Service after sales
· Native English or Norwegian or Danish or Swedish speakers
· Fluent in English
· Communication skills (good listening and responding skills)
· Ability to obtain, verify, evaluate work assignments and provide necessary information for clients
· Good time management skills and ability to prioritize
· Computer literate and able to quickly adopt new software
· Previous working experience in sales
· Motivated for working in Real Estate Company.
· Living in our region
· Drivers licence and own car
