We're looking for a skilled baker for our high-profile, new and exciting business. The bakery is part of a larger hospitality complex. Candidates must have experience baking Scandinavian and/or northern European styles of bread.
Key requirements are:
Experience with sourdoughs & a range of northern European styles of bread
Up to date with baking trends
Innovative approach, flexible mindset
Excellent spoken English and/or Spanish
Assistance with equipment selection & bakery set-up
Assistance with concept & menu design
Purchasing & stock control for bakery
Baking for in-house and retail sales
Competitive salary, good employment package
Start date is to be confirmed, but will not be full time until at least Jan 2018. Until then, we are seeking some part time bakery consultancy.
