Good restaurants in Orihuela CostaBecause of the large selection it can be hard to find good restaurants in Orihuela Costa. A good tip is to look where the Spaniards go. Please note that Spanish families usually don't go out to eat before 9 p.m. in the evening.

Restaurant Mundo PequeñoBar and restaurant Mundo pequeño is a nice little oasis in Torrevieja where you immediately feel relaxed. The place is stylishly decorated down to the smallest detail. You can come here just to have a drink or to eat a good lunch or dinner. They also have an attractive outdoor terrace where you can enjoy the food and the great atmosphere. They have juicy steaks, excellent fish, exciting salads and many great light meals. For dessert we recommend the homemade apple cake or homemade chocolate fondant.
Prices are reasonable and the main courses are between 13 and 20 euros while a bottle of wine costs from 8 euros and up.
The staff has a personal tone with the guests and they have a way of making you feel welcome.

La Luna RestaurantLa Luna is a restaurant in Orihuela Costa just outside Torrevieja run by super nice Irene. They serve international cuisine and traditional Scandinavian dishes, all made from scratch with quality ingredients. La Luna is known for its excellent beef made from meat from northern Spain and also the fish soup is something that many of their customers keep coming back to.

La Zupperia de JohnnyLa Zupperia the Johnny is a restaurant / café with 50's theme where you get served good and affordable food. Besides gorgeous soups from around the world they also amazing great homemade burgers, entrecote, smoked mackerel, spareribs, hamburger sandwiches and more. Prices are lower than ordinary restaurant prices, but the quality and flavors reaches top marks.

Restaurant Henrik IbsenHenrik Ibsen is a Norwegian restaurant in Torrevieja which serves both traditional Norwegian cuisine and international dishes, including a very good entrecote and fillet of lamb. For dessert we can recommend Cherries Jubilee. The staff is very nice and it is an incredibly pleasant and personal atmosphere here. They also produce their own tempranillo-merlot wine from the La Mancha region.

The Orihuela Costa area is located just a few minutes drive west of Torrevieja. In everyday speech, most expats in Orihuela Costa say that they live in Torrevieja.
